16. Abolish the Death Penalty

Discussion of the presenter’s experience in prison for 49+ years, 6 years spent on death row for a crime he did not commit.

Dawud Halisi Al-Malik was wrongfully incarcerated for almost 50 years. His first 6 years of imprisonment were served on “death row” as a condemned prisoner. He was convicted in 1966 by an all white jury of two counts of murder in the first degree, four counts of robbery and one count of assault in the first degree.
